9:5 The term: "born of God keeps his seed within him", does not necessarily promote the idea that man should abstain from sex. In the first place the concept of keeping one's seed within oneself must be seen in a multidimensional manner, which means that the disciple should not generate in the world. Offspring in scripture is always significant of works of a state of mind. Thus, one's state of mind should always be free from entanglement in the world. With respect to actual sexual intercourse, again the meaning of the term keeping one's seed within himself is paradoxical. Every element in Creation in its own way is the result of the movement between the Two Creative Forces which are ultimately perceived in the terms Father-Mother God, or All-Parent, and when there is perfect unity between the Two, there is no loss of seed of vital life-force. What this means is that in a Genuine Marriage where the two are One Flesh, and there is no loss of vital life-force by either husband and wife, then the relationship is not only holy and blessed, but it is also chaste. The Gospel of the Nazirenes reads: "he that is reborn in The Law keeps his seed within him". The difference between the 1870 and more modern 1997 translation is important in that, it is the Laws of God that has been set in place since the dawn of Creation that both inhibit us, and sanctify us when overcome. This is demonstrated when Jacob wrestled with the Angel and prevailed -- thus, he overcame his carnal nature and became Israel.
9:9 The Gospel of the Nazirenes reads: "Without the Law, the end of evil cannot come". When the scriptures make reference to the Law in this manner, it indicates that element of Higher Law which binds together the male and female forces of Creation. In the words of St. Gregory, Bishop of Nyssa: “…it is wrong to judge of what is morally excellent, or, on the other hand, of what is evil, by the standard of the senses”. St. Gregory then writes of going beyond the physical in order to ascertain the truth and states: “…by withdrawing the mind from bodily phenomena, we must decide by itself and from itself the true nature of moral excellence and of its opposite”. From a scriptural and higher perspective, division equates to evil -- i.e., the division of heaven and earth within oneself; the division of the polarities of male and female -- and this can especially be seen in the important New Covenant concept of the true meaning of Armageddon as perceived in the spiritual birth of the disciple in the Kingdom of God within. In the quotation of Jesus which is still preserved by St. Clement, the disciple of Peter, in his The Second Epistle of Clement where he writes: “Let us expect, therefore, hour by hour, the kingdom of God in love and righteousness, since we know not the day of the appearing of God. For the Lord Himself, being asked by one when His kingdom would come, replied, 'When two shall be one, that which is without as that which is within, and the male with the female, neither male nor female’”. From a spiritual perspective, this world is evil because it is isolated and cut off from the parallel realms of Creation. Evil is overcome when man brings together the divided powers of Creation within himself. In the symbolism of the scriptures, the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil is in reality the Tree of Life in a divided state. St. Gregory states that it is wrong to judge what is morally excellent, or what is good and evil by the "...standard of the senses", because man in his carnal state is incapable of seeing the larger picture. It is not until we understand that all physical events and mental states of mind are brought about by the Laws which control all of Creation -- and that everything which exists is brought about not only in retribution to a past action/event as seen in the biblical concepts "an eye for an eye... as a man sows, so shall he reap... he who lives by the sword shall die by the sword", and perhaps the most important of all as seen in the words "as you judge, so shall you be judged", but these events and mental states of mind which are imposed upon us by Law are absolutely necessary as a means to heal and overcome the obstacle which inhibits our entrance into the Kingdom. What this means is that the victim in this life who we perceive as being the innocent party, was in fact the aggressor in a previous time. The man who kills, will himself be killed -- and in most instances, the soul he killed will be the avenger in a future time/life. The man who rapes, or abuses women, will in most instances be raped or abused by the same soul in a future time/life. All these events and states of mind are brought about by Law -- and the victim of the past will always be the avenger in the future, until the cycle of retribution is broken by one of the participants breaking away by embracing the fundamental teachings of The Way, and either turning the other cheek, refusing to return evil for evil, or the total forgiveness of the debt. Once the Law is understood, it is realized that the majority of people are not free to become disciples of the Light, because they are too indebted to the cyclic laws of this realm.
10:3 Where the 1870 translation reads that the Lamb of God "by righteousness takes away the sin of the world", the 1997 translation reads "by The Law takes away the sin of the word". In other places this same concept is interpreted "by the Power of the Most High". Fundamentally, all three are the same with perhaps the best translation being that all things are don by Law. Because Jesus was the most righteous person who had ever lived, the Laws of Creation/God/Most High permitted him to bring about the saving grace, healings, miracles that he did.
12:10 The Gospel of the Nazirenes reads: "The All-Parent so loves the world, that the First Begotten Son is given, and comes forth into the world, that whosoever lives in The Law may not perish, but have everlasting life. The Son is not sent into the world to condemn it; but that through his example it may be saved." If a person believes in God and the teachings of the The Way, then they will live in accordance with the Commandments and the Royal Law of God. That the genuine believer is saved through the example of Jesus, by embracing him as an example and pattern in which they must imitate, is demonstrated in the very next verses where it reads: "For all they that do evil hate the light, neither do they come to the light, lest their deeds may be condemned. But they that do righteousness come to the light, that their deeds may be made manifest, that they are fashioned according to God."
14:10 The words in the 1870 translation "But He responded, "Don't call me good, for One alone is the all good, and that is God", are translated in the 1997 version "Call me neither good nor Master, for One alone is the All Good and Master of us all, and that is the Lord". While fundamentally the two translations are the same, the newer more faithfully captures both the meaning and the spirit of the genuine New Covenant teachings.
15:10 The Genuine Disciple who receive the Anointing of the Light begins to become aware of all realities and elemental powers which control this world. Jesus herein confirms that the birds and the beasts communicate with each other on a level which man in his natural organic state cannot perceive. The term Angels and spirits not only represent the higher powers which interact with all life forms -- but Angles in scriptures are often used to represent the workings of the laws within which all things throughout Creation move and express themselves. Just as important is the words: "be humble in your lack of knowledge". The Genuine Disciple who begins to be transformed by the Anointing of the Light, possesses all knowledge pertaining to the workings of this and all other worlds of Creation.
16:10 In these words of Jesus we can not only see the transformation of the disciple, but also the actual transmutation of the physical body itself: "For as one changes old garments for new ones, so do they also change the body of death for the body of life, and that which is past, for that which is coming". When the Apostle Paul writes in the second and third chapters of his First Epistle to the Corinthians that carnal man will always look upon spiritual truths and the higher reality of man as "foolishness", what he is acknowledging is that the physical body of man in his natural organic state is said to be of this world, because the flow of vital life-force moves through him and into the elemental powers of this realm. The spiritual transformation of the physical body permits the vital life-force to instead flow through ones self, through what is referred in scripture as the Tree of Life, and this permits man's indwelling soul and spiritual natures to manifest in the life of the individual.
19:3 One of the important concepts of the original teachings of The Way is always seen in the mistranslation of Give us this day our daily bread, instead of the more correct rendition "Our Bread of the morrow give us this day". All food equates to knowledge, and the bread of the morrow means the Knowledge of the Kingdom. Thus, what we are in fact praying for is that the Knowledge of the Kingdom be given to us this day while we are still presently living in this world/realm.
19:10 The most important words from a New Covenant perspective which demonstrates the paramount difference between what Christians believe today and the very essence of the teachings of The Way: "There is a house made without hands, seek that, you may dwell therein." If the believer is truly faithful to Word -- lives in accordance with the Commandments of the Royal Law of the Most High -- seeks to acquire Genuine Knowledge directly from the Son of God -- and sincerely walks in The Way -- then they will pass through the "narrow way" and the "straight gate" into the Kingdom will open to them.
21:9 The words: "Though you be gathered together in my bosom, if you keep not my commandments I will cast you forth. For if you keep not the lesser mysteries, who shall give you the greater" is found as a genuine teaching of Jesus throughout many of the earliest of Christian writings (see Orthodox Corruption of Scriptures). What these words totally dispel is the modern doctrine that we are saved by professing the Lord to be our personal Lord and Savior -- without living in strict accord with both the commandments of the Lord, but also the fundamental purpose of the teachings of the New Covenant which is to transform man's carnal animal nature, into an undivided and Complete Spiritual Child of God.
21:13 In these words are portrayed the dilemma of carnal man: "You are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knows your hearts; for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God." In our churches today we can observe rituals which are held in high esteem -- congregants praising the Lord -- tellingg Him how great and wonderful He is -- believers making long prayers -- long professions of faith -- and the idea that God looks approvingly upon those who are generous when the collection plate is passed around. Yet, we are willing to do everything except what the Lord truly desires -- i.e., for His prodigal sons to embrace and live in accordance with the Royal Law of the Most High, seek Genuine Spiritual Knowledge directly from the indwelling Son of God, and begin the journey in The Way as the believer's carnal nature becomes transformed, and returns to the Paradise of Eden which is the destiny of all the Children of God.
23:11 "Many worship what they know not. May it be that you know what you worship, for salvation comes to those who are made strong with The Law, for these indeed are the true Israel". It is the process of living in accordance with the Royal Law of the Most High that increases our ability to use more of our mental resources beyond the less than ten percent limitation of man in his natural organic state. Christians today worship the Christ -- yet they do not comprehend even the true meaning of the term Christ. True Israel represents those who have embraced the Royal Law, have overcome the laws of nature and this world which limits our resources of mind to less than ten percent, and are able to learn directly from the True Prophet within us.
24:4 In the words: "As you do in this life to your fellow creatures, so shall it be done to you in the life to come", we can observe one of the primary reasons why the majority of people are unable to raise their consciousness above that of the earth-bound organic level of being. Because they ignore the Royal Law of the Most High, they incur debts that anchors them to the consciousness of this world. When Jesus chose his followers and disciples, he chose them from among those who were deserving -- and this was determined by what the individual souls had accomplished in their previous lives. The same is true today -- i.e., those who are bound to this world by the debts their souls owe from the past, are unable to free their consciousness from the earth -- they exist on an animal level -- and aree incapable of comprehending the Mysteries of God.
24:5 "And the people glorified the Most High who gives such power to those who walk in The Way." The promise of the New Covenant teachings is seen in this verse where the power to heal and the Knowledge of the Kingdom is given to those faithful believers who "...walk in The Way".
25:16 "And if you desire something as strongly as you desire life, and it turns you from the truth, cast it out from you, for it is better to enter life possessing truth, than losing it, to be cast into outer darkness." In these words is one of the foundational concepts of living in accordance with the Royal Law of the Most High. If we desire something that causes another pain, then we will incur a debt which will cause us to be bound to this world. This is especially seen in the phrase which is commonly used by Jesus: "...to be cast into outer darkness." We presently dwell in the outer world -- and to be cast in the outer darkness is to have no comprehension above that of carnal man's less than ten percent level of consciousness associated with this realm. The reality of these profound teachings are demonstrated in the following verse where Jesus warns: "And if that which costs others pain or sorrow seems desirable to you, cast it out of your heart; in that way you will attain peace. It is better to endure sorrow, than to inflict it, on those who are weaker".
26:9 "Except you fast from the world and its evil ways, you will in no wise find the kingdom; and except you keep the Sabbath and cease your haste to gather riches, you will not see the Father-Mother in heaven." We cannot call ourselves a Christian or Jew while living in accordance with the thinking and ways of this world. The Sabbath here represents more than the keeping of a day -- but rather, by intimately embracing the Royal Law of the Most High to where the Sabbath becomes one's destiny, and they overcome the elemental laws of this world.
32:8 "As the corn and the grapes are transmuted into flesh and blood, so must your natural minds be changed into spiritual. Seek you the transmutation of the natural into the spiritual." In order to be evolve through the next stages of the birth process, what is carnal must be transmuted into spiritual. Without this transmutation of flesh into spirit, you cannot be born again in the biblical meaning of the word.
33:2 "No blood offering, of beast or bird, or man, can take away sin. For how can the
conscience be purged from sin by the shedding of innocent blood? Nay, it will increase the
condemnation." If Christians are to be saved by the blood of
Christ ("...not blood offering of... man, can take away sin"),
then they must live in accordance with The Way of the Royal Law, and they must
observe all the Commandments of the Lord. It is for this reason that Paul
warned: "For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit,
and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open
shame... For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,
but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the
adversaries" (Heb 6:4-6; 10:26-27 NKJ). What this means is
that Christians who continue to sin, will receive the fiery
judgment. This same truth is expressed by Peter in the words: "For if, after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, the latter end is worse for them than the beginning.
For it would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them.
But it has happened to them according to the true proverb: 'A dog returns to his own
vomit,' and, 'a sow, having washed, to her wallowing in the mire'" (2 Pet 2:20-22
NKJ). Thus, Christians who remain entangled in the thinking and
culture of this world, will receive the greater condemnation.
36:13 "Wisdom builds her house and hews out her twelve pillars" The twelve pillars are in reference to the twelve spheres of mind that comprise the pattern of the Tree of Life.
37:2 "Blessed are they who suffer many experiences, for they will be made perfect through suffering; they will be as the angels of God in heaven and will die no more. Neither will they be born any more, for death and birth have no more dominion over them." This is in reference to the reincarnation of the soul until it has been made perfect through its many experiences.
39:6 "Its gates are open to all, who, having the keys, will enter therein". The inner gate to the Kingdom with each of us can only be opened to those who possess the keys -- which keys can only be received directly from the Son of God when the disciple walks in The Way.
41:7 "And Jesus beheld a man working on the Sabbath, and He said to him, man, if you know what you are doing, you are blessed, for you are not breaking the law in the spirit; but if you don't know, you are accursed and a transgressor of the law". This is an important verse that was removed from our Bibles by the Church of Constantine which were comprised of Pagan sun worshipers (see Orthodox Corruption of Scriptures).
41:12 "You can not even recall the events of your former life, conception, or birth." To know anything of value, we must know our past lives in order to know what we are attempting to accomplish in this present life.
44:2 "You are the Christ, the son of the living God,
who descends from heaven and dwells in the hearts of those who believe and obey unto
righteousness." The Christ or Messiah is not an historical
man. In the first century writing The Recognitions of Clement, the
disciple of the Apostle Peter, we can learn a great deal more about this
Messiah/Christ that dwells in the hearts of all men: “Hence, O beloved Clement”, proclaims Peter, “if you
would know the things pertaining to God, you have to learn them from Him alone,
because He alone knows the truth. For if any one else knows anything, he has
received it from Him or from His disciples”. These words -- that you can only learn the things of
God from Him alone -- are as true today as when Peter spoke them to his disciple
Clement in the first century. Peter then explains: “…and if you do not find Him, expect not
that you shall learn anything from any other.” Peter embodies the very essence of the genuine
teachings of The Way in the words: “But He is soon found by those
who diligently seek Him through love of the truth, and whose souls are not taken
possession of by wickedness. For He is present with those who desire Him in the
innocence of their spirits, who bear patiently, and draw sighs from the bottom
of their hearts through love of the truth”. In
chapter 62, Clement then goes on in his quotation of the Apostle's teachings:
“And, therefore, since amongst these philosophers are things uncertain, we
must come to the true Prophet. Him God the Father wished to be loved by all, and
accordingly He has been pleased wholly to extinguish those opinions which have
originated with men, and in regard to which there is nothing like certainty -
that He the true Prophet might be the more sought after, and that He whom they
had obscured should show to men the way of truth. For on this account also God
made the world, and by Him the world is filled; whence also He is everywhere
near to them who seek Him, though He be sought in the remotest ends of the
earth. But if any one seek Him not purely, nor holily, nor faithfully, He is
indeed within him, because He is everywhere, and is found within the minds of
all men; but, as we have said before, He is dormant to the unbelieving, and is
held to be absent from those by whom His existence is not believed”.
